EXPERIENCE

Tumi has over 200 ICF Accredited Coach Training Hours with over 2500+ hours logged coaching individuals and teams.

With accredited coach training by ICF approved programs, Tumi uses several customised approaches based on client needs.  With rigorous change management, facilitation, coach training and certification in international accredited programs, Tumi combines various approaches that are customised to suit client needs.  Her approaches include models based on the SCARF Model™ a brain-based model to be change resilient and increase consciousness; the Organisational Relationship System (ORSC™) approach that captures the essence of what it takes to design and maintain successful, collaborative and empowering relationships; and the Co-Active Model that embraces that a systems (a client) is naturally creative, resourceful and whole, completely capable of finding their solutions to their challenges. She develops intelligent teams where individuals and teams tap into the true potential of human beings’ collective intelligence and creative force.

Her corporate experience focused on leading large-scale organisational change and organisational development initiatives, in Mergers & Acquisitions, Culture Alignment, Diversity Management and Transformation, Organisational Architecture, Business Process Reengineering, Downsizing, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP- SAP, Oracle) and Bespoke Systems.
