Mr. Ferreira has been involved in a variety of business assessment and optimisation assignments covering the following aspects:
- Business analysis to determine both business venture and capital project viability;
- Business and operating model optimisation from health analysis to detailed financial modelling to assess sustainability;
- Business turnaround and optimisation from value and cost drive analysis to restructuring and staff migration .
This work has been undertaken across a wide range of industries, including financial services, insurance, retail, mining.
Mr. Ferreira has extensive experience in BPR, Organisational Structuring (large and small) and Business analysis. Most of these assignments included contributions on project management, HRM systems integration (all disciplines), Change Management and Leadership alignment (all levels). He performed and participated in assignments ranging from blue print design to restructuring and downsizing. The clients included Central University of Technolgy, Road Accident Fund, Debswana, Botswana Power Corporation, Botswana Savings Bank, United Manganese of Kalahari, Air Botswana, National Development Bank, African Copper Mine, Cities of Tswane and Johannesburg, Ingwe mines and others. The services delivered ranged from blue print design to detailed staff migration and implementation costing and planning.
Conducted detailed operating and service model alignment and redesign interventions for a number of clients including Botswana Medical Aid, LG South Africa, Gauteng Shared Services Centre, Infraco, BECSA and others including the design, costing and planning of insourcing vs outsourcing structure options.
