At Leadership Coaching Africa we take a holistic approach to growing current and future leaders and the organisations they work. We believe that the quality of leadership is a true differentiator between best-in-industry companies and laggards.

OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE KEY CHALLENGES

  • The global economic climate presents serious challenges for corporate leaders. The pressure is on to deliver sustainable business results and exponential increase in unknown variables.
  • Corporate leaders in future will have to draw heavily on their ‘inner source’ and go through continuous active iterations.
  • There is a need to address the triple bottom line by accessing the systemic and soul’s dimension of leadership.
  • A great shift has taken place in employees’ attitude towards authority and people in positions of power. The modern-day executive faces the challenge of having to redefine the relationships between business leaders and employees before they can even start leading a business.
  • We believe that the business world needs to take account of all three pillars of sustainability: People, Planet and Profit. This Triple bottom line (TBL or 3BL) is often neglected when we consider only the financial impact of a business and do not take responsibility for our social and environmental impact. There is a need to address the triple bottom line by accessing the systemic and spiritual dimension of leadership.
